Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 📊 Income Recording & Reporting – Track income across all stores (physical and online), reconcile bank deposits, and generate timely reports.

📚 Book Pricing & Inventory Audits – Work with our Inventory team to price new stock, audit physical vs. system inventory, and make data-driven pricing recommendations.

💡 Profit & Loss Oversight – Monitor P&L statements, identify trends, and offer actionable financial insights to management.

💵 Petty Cash Management – Handle petty cash with integrity, ensure supporting documentation, and reconcile balances regularly.

🧾 ETR (Electronic Tax Register) Processing – Manage ETR entries, submit tax reports, and ensure we stay compliant with evolving tax regulations.

Professional Qualification and Experience

✅ A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✅ CPA certification (or equivalent) – a must

✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in retail, FMCG, or publishing
